Reactor Microelectronics  Co., Ltd has always been focusing on high-speed power integration technology design. Mainly provides key core chip ET-PA for 5G communication equipment; High power density DC-DC power chip (MHz) for Internet of things(IoT) terminals and wearable devices; LED driver chip and AC-DC power management chip, and have been made a substantial breakthrough in the research and development of gallium nitride(GaN) integrated circuits. 

The company's products are widely used in 5G communication equipment, IoT intelligent products, drones, LED lighting, smart phones and other types of electronic products.
